Take the first step to feeling better.
Sometimes your body and mind send signals you can’t ignore. Illness, pain, sleepless nights, anxiety, or a sense that something needs to change. This session is where I take you by the hand to explore what's been keeping you stuck, what needs to change and what we need to address. I'll tailor a 20-min hypnosis and guided meditation session for your specific issues. You will get a personalised recording of the session which I'll share with you, so you can listen at home. Repetition is what makes habits sticks.

Yes. Hypnotherapy works at the level where habits, patterns, and emotional responses are formed, supporting both lasting behaviour change and healing.
Much of what drives how we think, feel, and behave happens automatically, shaped over time by experience and repetition, and closely linked to the autonomic nervous system, the part of the body that regulates stress, recovery, and many core physiological processes.
When that system is under ongoing stress or out of balance, it can affect things like sleep, energy, mood, eating patterns, and overall health.
By working at this level, hypnotherapy helps shift those underlying patterns and supports the body’s natural ability to regulate and recover, making change feel more achievable and sustainable.
Each session is personalised and focused on what will help you most right now.
We work at both a psychological and physiological level: calming your stress response, regulating your nervous system, and shifting the automatic patterns that keep you stuck.
You’ll also receive a tailored guided recording after each session, so the work continues between sessions and starts to translate into real change and healing in your day-to-day life.
It really depends on what you’re bringing—your history, beliefs, and how long the pattern’s been there. Some are straightforward. Others are more deeply ingrained or connected to different areas of life.
Some people experience rapid change, even with long-standing issues. Others take longer.
This is brief, solution-focused work—not ongoing talk therapy—with the goal of getting you out of therapy and back into your life as quickly as possible.
If you need to make a change, I completely understand. Life happens. I simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This gives me the opportunity to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for support.
Sessions are secured and paid for at the time of booking, which allows me to fully set aside this time for you and prepare accordingly. Before we meet, I take time to thoughtfully prepare, considering what you’ve shared and how best to support you. This allows our work together to be focused, personalised, and meaningful from the moment we begin.
